Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for all recruitment needs within the Women Empowerment business project
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent to the organization
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the project
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each role
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through networking and outreach efforts
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
- Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and networking events
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process
