We have scheduled for 3 focused recruitment drive which is on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (23 to 25th Jan 24)
Positions with no of hiring:-
100 BDO(Business Development Officer)- CASA
20 Deputy Manager & Assistant Manager - Current Account
10 Relationship Officer - Gold Loan
Salary Budget:
up to 4 lacs fixed p.a. for BDO CASA,
up to 4.5 lacs fixed p.a. for Current Account
Up to 3.5 lacs fixed for Relationship Officer Gold Loan
Candidate requirement:
Profile: 1 plus years of relevant CASA/CA/Gold Loan/Hard core sales profile
Education: full time Graduate (10+2+3/10+2+4)
Age: 21-30
Other specification: decent English with local regional language, 2wheeler and DL
• Interview Process: 2 rounds of interview then cibil score of 700 and plus is required
