Job Title: Business Development Manager – Tabillo
Company: Crown Laminates Pvt. Ltd. (Tabillo Division)
Location: Kerala (Remote – Field Sales)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 7 Years
Salary (CTC): Up to ₹9 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and high-energy Business Development Manager to drive business growth for Tabillo, a premium range of tabletops and tables designed for hotels, cafés, restaurants, and commercial spaces. This is a remote, field-based role requiring extensive travel across Kerala to expand the dealer network, acquire HoReCa and QSR clients, and strengthen long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry connections and a proven track record in capital expenditure (CapEx) product sales.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA / PGDBA in Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HoReCa (Capital Expenditure products), QSR, Architecture, Interior Design, Paint Industry, or related sectors.
- Experience in selling capital expenditure items (non-commodity and non-consumable products).
- Strong dealer development and channel sales experience.
- Local candidate with proficiency in the local language.
- Must be based in Kerala and reside close to major business areas.
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Preferred age: Around 30 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and develop new dealers across Kerala.
- Acquire new HoReCa and QSR clients while expanding the customer base.
- Conduct regular meetings to strengthen the dealer network and develop new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve predefined sales targets.
- Manage key customer accounts and ensure repeat business and long-term client retention.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, hospitality businesses, and commercial customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Maintain regular customer interactions and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and territory performance reviews.
