Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our high-performing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
The role involves lead generation, client engagement, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
- Identify prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Provide end-to-end support throughout the sales process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Property Presentation & Site Visits
- Arrange and conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
Negotiation & Closure
- Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate successful deal closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and handover processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Reporting
- Update CRM and sales reports regularly.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
- Real estate certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience in plot, villa, residential, or property sales preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
