Job Description
We are hiring for Business Development Executive for merchant on boarding.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Inbound, Outbound calls.
- Follow up with the merchants & the clients for payment releted purpose.
- Following up the leads on daily basis.
- Follow approved workflows while responding to customer inquiries.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with merchants for onboarding
Attributes:
- Good verbal communication
- Ability to work in a high demanding environment
Experience:
- 0.6 to -1 Years of experience
Qualification:
- 12th to Any Graduate
NOTE- There will be 2 days training including salary.
LOCATION- Gurgaon sec 19 phase-5 Udyog Vihar, Harayana
