Job Description
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services and their benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Conduct regular visits to existing customers to assess their needs, address any concerns, and upsell additional products/services as appropriate.
- Prospect and cold-call potential customers to introduce our products/services and establish new business relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with management to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and strategies for achieving revenue goals.
