Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Work as a Front End Compliance Advisor to Client for Key Account Management, Coordination, Client Engagement, Payment Follow up & Collection.
2. Also act as single point of contact (SPOC) for documents collection and coordinating the assignment for backend accountant to process the startup registration, Ledger Accounting, Payroll Processing, Company Act Compliance & Returns, Intellectual Property Registration, Trademark Registration, Professional Tax Returns, GST Compliance & Returns & Income Tax Returns.
3. Handle Client Request on daily basis, resolve query over phone coordination.
4. It not a Field Job but a System Based Desk Job for Client Coordination.
5. It is not a hardcore sales lead generation job, but Client Calling for coordination and relationship management for collection with existing Client, follow-up for renewal of Services & Subscriptions as a upselling & cross selling.
