Job Description

Hiring Bus Captains for passenger coordination work while on the journey.

Jobseekers from Chennai, Madurai, coimbatore, Vijayawada, Hyderabad and Karnataka

Inter and above any Graduates can apply

Freshers or experience in any Customer Service, Customer support, Travel and Tourism, or Hospitality Industry experience can apply ( 0 - 3 years )

Job Description:

6 Days week

Salary:17000 - 20000 per month in hand depending upon skills and experience.

Work Profile:

· Owning the responsibility of boarding the passengers on our buses.

· Reaching allotted bus boarding point on time and assisting passengers in reaching their respective seats.

· Ensuring facilities on the bus are as promised to our customers hence maintaining a daily checklist.

· Calling passengers if they don't arrive on time and guiding them to the boarding point.

· Involving all the stakeholders to highlight the issues and improve the passenger experience.

· Responsible for spot bookings and keeping daily accounts of the same.

· Traveling by bus and coming back the next day

· Assisting passengers with respect to their needs and promised amenities during the journey.

Job Requirements/Skills:

· Hospitality and customer service experience would be a big plus.

· Should be able to travel by bus and reach boarding point daily.

· Professional behavior while dealing with passengers and welcoming in polite language.

· Good Tamil or Kannada or Telugu ( any one language)and English communication skills are a must.
