Job Title: Brand Strategist & Content Lead – Automobile Service Operations
Location: Gurugram (Travel within Delhi NCR)
Experience: 4–7 Years
CTC: ₹6–9 LPA

Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Strategist & Content Lead to drive end-to-end branding and digital marketing initiatives for automobile dealership sales and service operations. The role involves campaign planning, brand positioning, content leadership, and performance tracking to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall brand strategy for Sales & Service.
- Plan and execute car sales campaigns, service promotions, AMCs, and accessories marketing.
- Lead branding activities for new launches, dealership events, and festive campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across showroom, workshop, digital, and offline platforms.
- Lead content creation including social media creatives, reels, ad copies, and website content.
- Execute performance marketing campaigns and track ROI.
- Monitor competitor dealership branding and market trends.
- Build and engage a strong customer community through digital and offline initiatives.
- Manage photography and basic creative editing for branding purposes.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in brand strategy and digital marketing.
- Experience in automobile dealership marketing preferred.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning and execution.
- Prior exposure to service operations branding is an advantage.
