Job Description
- Represent and promote Royal Enfield motorcycles in a positive and enthusiastic manner
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and increase brand loyalty
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and culture of Royal Enfield
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store operations
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns.
