Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints
- Utilize CRM software to accurately document customer interactions
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery
- Resolve customer escalations and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills
