Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect with 5+ years of experience to lead and contribute to architectural, interior, and landscape BIM modeling, coordination, and project delivery. The role involves managing BIM workflows, ensuring model quality and standards compliance, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across all stages, from LOD 100 to LOD 500.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM strategies, workflows, and standards for architectural projects
- Create and manage BIM models (architecture, interiors, landscape) using Revit
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of BIM models and design data
- Develop and produce schematic design drawings, issued-for-construction (IFC) drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines to integrate models into a unified BIM environment
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues
- Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, templates, and ISO 19650 guidelines
- Conduct model audits and quality control checks
- Support project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Assist in BIM implementation, process improvement, and automation initiatives
- Stay updated with industry trends, BIM tools, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field- Mandatory
- 5+ years of experience in BIM-based architectural projects
- Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit (Architecture)
- Hands-on experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
- Strong understanding of architectural design, detailing, and construction processes
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary BIM environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Revit for architectural modeling and detailing
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, LOD (100–500), and documentation standards
- Familiarity with BIM standards and best practices (ISO 19650 preferred)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- High attention to detail and quality control mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Middle East projects (UAE, KSA, Oman, etc.)
- Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
- Familiarity with Dynamo scripting and automation
- Experience with IFC workflows and interoperability
- Exposure to Scan-to-BIM / as-built / renovation projects
