Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintaining fee terms within Excel/Fee Systems
Expert understanding of fee billing products and processes
Incoming work received from through various channels
Code all IT related invoices to the proper GL accounts
Code IT capex-related invoices to corresponding CRF project number
Distribute invoices to appropriate approvers
Coordinate sending of all approved invoices back to AP for payment processing
Compare invoices to the work order in SharePoint
Opening & closing fee terms in the Trust Accounting System
Manually calculating initial & final fees
