Job Description
- Source and recruit top talent for various B2B clients in the technology industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to fully understand their staffing needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct initial interviews and screenings to identify qualified candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
