Job Title: Assistant Manager - Restaurant Operations

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ year of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, along with strong leadership and team-handling skills.
This role is perfect for someone who can lead from the front, manage staff efficiently, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and floor management.
- Ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals.
Quality & Hygiene Control
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor kitchen and service areas regularly.
Team Management
- Supervise staff attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.
- Train and motivate team members for better performance.
- Handle shift scheduling and manpower allocation.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Minimize wastage and control operational costs.
- Maintain proper inventory records.
Customer Service
- Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Build a positive dining experience and encourage repeat visits.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1+ year experience in restaurant / hotel / QSR operations.
- Leadership skills with team-handling experience.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for hospitality and customer service.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
