 Maintain the Report on the Daily Basis, which includes daily, monthly and yearly revenue and expense details.  Maintain & keep records of items.  Maintain the inventory on daily Basis.  Handle the guest problem.  Monthly Sale purchase Ledger Accounts entry  Monthly Receipt Payment Ledger Accounts entry  Inventory Control.  Bank reconciliation
