Job Description
- Lead and supervise a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and increase revenue
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Provide regular training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members on a regular basis
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to achieve company goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management on a regular basis
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the sales process
