Job Position: Angular Developer
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Bengaluru (No Relocation)
Budget: Upto 8 LPA
The Role:
- We are looking for a seasoned Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in Angular to join our product engineering team.
- As a senior individual contributor, you will lead the design and implementation of complex frontend systems that deliver seamless user experiences.
- You will be instrumental in shaping our frontend architecture, mentoring, team members, and driving technology choices that align with our product and engineering goals.
- Proficiency in Web Application Framework Angular is mandatory.
You will:
- Architect and develop scalable, maintainable frontend applications using Angular.
- Own and drive key frontend initiatives from conception to production.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Lead code reviews, establish frontend coding standards, and ensure code quality across the team.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay current with frontend trends and advocate for best practices in performance, accessibility, and usability.
- Participate in architectural discussions and provide strategic input on frontend roadmap planning.
You have/are:
- 4+ years of professional frontend development experience using modern software engineering processes.
- Proficient in JavaScript and Angular Framework.
- You think critically about your work and ask questions to improve the product, not only on its technical implementation but also on how well it’s serving the users' needs.
- Experience in designing and building component libraries or design systems.
- You have built performant and scalable apps, made pragmatic tradeoffs, and can point to your prior work.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- When things inevitably break, you eagerly jump in to diagnose and fix the core issues.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup is a huge plus.
