Foundever is seeking a skilled Alight Bilingual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and another language, with exceptional communication skills in both languages. Duties include translating and interpreting documents, providing language support for clients and staff, and facilitating communication between parties. The Alight Bilingual will also assist with cultural and language-related training and support initiatives. Job Description

- Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish
- Provide translation services for internal and external communications
- Assist with creating bilingual content for social media and marketing materials
- Serve as a liaison between English and Spanish-speaking team members
- Conduct research and interviews in both languages
- Help coordinate and facilitate bilingual meetings and events
- Support the HR team with bilingual recruitment efforts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication across languages
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in bilingual communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
