Duties include translating and interpreting documents, providing language support for clients and staff, and facilitating communication between parties. The Alight Bilingual will also assist with cultural and language-related training and support initiatives. Job Description

- Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish
- Provide translation services for internal and external communications
- Assist with creating bilingual content for social media and marketing materials
- Serve as a liaison between English and Spanish-speaking team members
- Conduct research and interviews in both languages
- Help coordinate and facilitate bilingual meetings and events
- Support the HR team with bilingual recruitment efforts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication across languages
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in bilingual communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
