Position: AI/ML Developer
Location: Maharashtra
Salary: Up to ₹38 LPA
Preferred Age: Up to 45 Years
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in AI/ML product development
Notice Preference: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
Additional Requirement: No significant career gaps preferred
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Developer with strong hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade AI systems.
The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in LLM applications, autonomous agents, RAG architectures, cloud infrastructure, and scalable AI deployments. This role requires someone who can think beyond prototypes and design reliable, secure, end-to-end AI products for real-world use cases.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Development
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered products using modern LLM architectures.
- Develop scalable and production-ready AI systems with strong reliability and performance.
- Convert business use cases into AI workflows and deployable solutions.
Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems
- Build multi-step reasoning agents for complex workflows.
- Develop tool-using autonomous AI agents integrated with APIs, databases, and business systems.
- Create multi-agent orchestration workflows for enterprise use cases.
RAG & Context Engineering
- Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Build vector search pipelines, embeddings workflows, and context retrieval systems.
- Improve grounding, memory, relevance, and context management for LLM outputs.
Framework & Model Development

Work with frameworks such as:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- LlamaIndex
- CrewAI

Fine-tune and integrate open-source / hosted LLM models.
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Deploy AI workloads on AWS / GCP / Azure.
- Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Handle GPU deployments, scaling, optimization, and infrastructure reliability.
Prompt Engineering & LLM Optimization
- Build advanced prompting strategies beyond basic templates.
- Optimize prompts for reasoning, accuracy, tool calling, and consistency.
- Improve model outputs through iterative testing and evaluation frameworks.
AI Security & Reliability
- Implement AI security best practices including prompt injection defense, access control, and data privacy.
- Monitor LLM failures, hallucinations, drift, and runtime issues.
- Build safe, reliable AI systems for production environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS / GCP / Azure
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, GPU Infrastructure
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex / CrewAI
- Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases
- Production deployment of AI systems at scale
- API integration and backend engineering skills
- Python programming expertise
Functional Skills

- Ability to optimize AI systems for performance and cost
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
We Prefer Candidates Who:
- Have built and deployed real-world AI products in production.
- Can explain RAG architecture deeply.
- Have handled LLM failures in live systems.
- Understand AI system scalability and security.
- Can independently own AI product delivery.
Avoid Candidates Who:
- Only know ChatGPT wrappers.
- Only work on prompt templates.
- Have demo-only or prototype-only experience.
- Lack deployment or production exposure.
- Cannot explain AI architecture in depth.
