We are hiring for
Job Profile
1. Recruit /Train FC’s and advisors.
2. Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
3. Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.
4. Focusing on advisor and FC retention.
5. Focus on Customer retention.
6. Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills
Candidate Profile
1. Applicant must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 2 years
2. Educational Qualification – Any graduation
3. 2-8 Years of Sales Experience
4. Team Management Skills
5. Must have excellent presentation skills
Experience: 2 to 10 yr
Age: Age should be between 21-40 Years
Annual Salary: Salary No Bar for Deserving Candidate + Handsome Incentive and Monthly Contest and sales Training Program
Education: Any Graduate / MBA
