Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Vapi, Gujarat
Qualification: B.Com
Experience
- Minimum 3 months of relevant experience preferred
- Freshers can also apply
Salary
- ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month (for experienced candidates)
- Freshers: ₹15,000 per month
- After 3 months: ₹16,000 per month
- After 6 months: ₹17,000 per month
Working Days
-
Candidates must be willing to work on Sundays if required
Preference
- Candidates residing in Vapi will be given first preference
- Candidates from nearby areas may also apply
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, bills, and e-way bills
- Perform stock entries and inventory updates
- Maintain records in Excel and Word
- Data entry and accounting support
- Assist with day-to-day office accounts work
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and stock records
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Tally is mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good numerical ability
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain records accurately
