Job Description
1. Record and classify financial transactions accurately using accounting software.
2. Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile sub-ledgers and bank statements.
3. Create and maintain financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
4. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
5. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor budgetary performance.
6. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including vendor and customer invoicing and payment processing.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
8. Assist with the year-end financial audit process and provide necessary documentation.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
10. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement best practices.
