Job Description
Job Title: GST Executive
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Salary Budget: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable GST Executive to manage GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations, and taxation-related activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST processes, accounting practices, and working with accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns.
- Reconcile purchase, sales, and GST data with books of accounts and GST portal records.
- Match invoices and ensure accurate GST input/output records.
- Maintain GST-related documentation, records, and compliance reports.
- Assist in handling GST notices, assessments, audits, and departmental queries.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST regulations and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for reconciliation and compliance activities.
- Work on accounting software such as Tally Prime and ERP systems for accounting and taxation entries.
- Prepare MIS reports related to GST and taxation activities.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance)
- Diploma or Certification in GST / Taxation preferred.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates will be preferred.
Experience Required
For Freshers
- Basic understanding of GST concepts, accounting, and taxation.
- Internship experience in accounting, GST filing, or taxation will be an advantage.
For Experienced Candidates

1–3 years of experience in:
- GST return filing
- GST reconciliation
- Accounting and taxation compliance
- Handling GST notices and audits
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST laws and compliance procedures.
- Hands-on experience with GST return filing.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime and ERP systems.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
