Job Title: Academic Counsellor
Locations: Mangalore & Chennai
Salary Structure

Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
-
1–2 Years Experience: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Upto- 3.6 LPA)

Incentives: High performance-based incentive structure
Job Description
We are seeking motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellors to guide students through the complete admission and enrollment process. The role involves counselling students and parents, managing applications, and supporting students with financial guidance to ensure a smooth and successful academic journey.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling & Case Management

Manage end-to-end student cases from university selection and application to final enrollment.

Guide students on course options, university requirements, and admission processes.

Provide continuous follow-ups to ensure application completeness and timely submissions.
Application & Documentation Management

Track application requirements, deadlines, and documentation.

Maintain accurate student records and reports using basic computer tools.
Financial Guidance

Counsel students on education loan options and scholarship opportunities.

Assist students and parents in understanding financial aid processes.
Communication & Coordination

Act as a strong point of contact for students and parents.

Communicate clearly and empathetically to address queries and concerns.
Administrative Support

Maintain student data, follow-up trackers, and reports using MS Word and Google Sheets.

Ensure adherence to timelines, appointments, and internal processes.
Key Requirements

Strong time management, punctuality, and discipline.

Quick learner with the ability to understand university processes and financial aid details.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Google Sheets).
