Job Description
Position: Academic Counsellor
Join our team as an Academic Counselor, where you'll play a crucial role in
guiding students towards their educational goals. We're seeking candidates
with a minimum of 6 months of experience in education sales, excellent
communication skills in English and Hindi, and a passion for helping others
succeed.
Responsibilities:
Provide academic counselling to students, assisting them in understanding
educational programs, course requirements, and career pathways.
Act as a liaison between students and educational institutions, addressing
inquiries, resolving concerns, and facilitating the enrollment process.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, promoting educational
programs and persuading them to enrol.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment
details in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimise counselling processes and
improve student retention rates.
Qualifications:
Graduation degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in education sales or counselling.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
Flexibility to work a 6-day week with Sunday fixed off.
Salary: 35,000
