Job Title: SAP IBP Consultant – Demand and Supply Planning
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Experience: 5 - 8 years
Maximum CTC: ₹20–25 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 10 days' notice
Mandatory Skills: SAP IBP Demand and Supply Planning, SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Preferred Experience: Integration of SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC
Job Overview
The SAP IBP Consultant will work with business stakeholders to understand demand and supply planning requirements and translate them into effective SAP IBP solutions. The role includes solution configuration, dashboard development, data analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
The consultant will also contribute to improving supply chain planning processes, ensuring solution reliability, and keeping up to date with SAP IBP features and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for demand and supply planning processes.
Configure and customise SAP IBP solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into demand and supply operations.
Conduct solution testing and validate that configured functionalities meet business expectations.
Train end users and provide ongoing support to improve their understanding and use of SAP IBP.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP IBP functional issues.
Apply data analysis techniques to support supply chain planning and decision-making.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to address planning requirements and improve business processes.
Manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines while maintaining delivery quality.
Stay updated on SAP IBP features, enhancements, and recommended implementation practices.
Support integration of SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, where applicable.
Candidate Profile
8+ years of total professional experience.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in SAP IBP.
Strong knowledge of SAP IBP, particularly Demand and Supply Planning modules.
Proficiency in SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and related SAP tools.
Understanding of supply chain management concepts and processes.
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC is preferred.
Availability to join immediately or within 10 days.
