Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant – S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN)
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Experience: 6+ years in SAP FICO
Qualification: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
Work Mode: Hybrid
Work Timings: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM IST
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 10 days' notice
Maximum CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA
Mandatory Skills: SAP FICO, SAP HANA, hands-on SAP Central Finance (CFIN) experience
Preferred: SAP S/4HANA experience and relevant SAP certifications
Job Overview
The SAP FICO Consultant will analyse business requirements and implement appropriate SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. Responsibilities include system configuration, functional testing, troubleshooting, documentation, end-user training, and ongoing support. The role also requires coordination with business stakeholders and an understanding of integration points with SAP MM, SD, and PS.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP FI and CO solutions.
Configure SAP FI and CO modules to meet financial accounting and controlling requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend SAP best practices.
Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the reliability of SAP environments.
Prepare functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
Train end users and provide ongoing SAP functional support.
Monitor financial processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Support integration between SAP FI/CO and other modules, including SAP MM, SD, and PS.
Apply knowledge of financial reporting requirements and regulatory compliance to support business processes.
Analyse complex business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement suitable solutions.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP FICO.
Hands-on experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA.
Understanding of integration points with SAP MM, SD, and PS.
Familiarity with financial reporting requirements and regulatory compliance.
Ability to analyse complex business processes and recommend improvements.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Clear communication skills for stakeholder engagement and end-user support.
Availability to join immediately or within 10 days.
Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement in Bangalore during the specified working hours.
Qualification
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Relevant SAP certifications are preferred.
