Job title: Senior Project Supervisor – Civil

Job Summary

Responsible for supervising day-to-day civil construction activities, monitoring contractors and site manpower, ensuring execution as per drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality, progress, and safety standards at the site.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.
Monitor contractors and site manpower.
Ensure execution as per drawings and specifications.
Check quality of construction work and materials.
Monitor daily progress against project schedules.
Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, and contractors.
Maintain daily site reports and records.
Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Ensure proper safety practices at the site.

Qualification & Skills

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
Strong site supervision and execution experience.
Knowledge of civil works, finishing, and construction materials.
