Job Summary

The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and executing interior spaces in accordance with business requirements, design concepts, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
• Prepare and coordinate drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, civil contractors, and MEP consultants.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and colour schemes.
• Conduct site visits and monitor execution against approved designs.
• Ensure design quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Assist in cost estimation and material procurement.
• Review shop drawings and execution details.

Qualification & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 4–10 years of relevant experience in interior design and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of interior materials and construction methods.
• Good creative, coordination, and communication skills.
