Job Description

Job: Civil Project Manager

Experience: 8–15 Years

Salary: Upto 24 LPA

Project Size: Up to 50,000 Sq. Feet

Job Summary

The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and timely completion of civil construction and renovation projects while ensuring quality, cost control, safety, and compliance with approved specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage civil construction, renovation, and redevelopment projects.
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project progress, quality, and workmanship.
Control project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Review BOQs, drawings, estimates, and contractor bills.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
Identify project risks and take corrective action.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
Submit MIS and project progress reports to management.

Qualification & Skills

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
8–15 years of relevant project management and site execution experience.
Experience handling civil construction, renovation, and redevelopment projects.
Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and construction materials.
Strong contractor and vendor management skills.
Good project planning, execution, and monitoring capabilities.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
