Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to manage high-volume Quick Commerce / E-Commerce warehouse fulfilment operations. The role will involve end-to-end ownership of warehouse functions including Inbound, Putaway, Inventory, Picking and Dispatch, with responsibility for operational efficiency, manpower management, WMS accuracy, productivity, SLA adherence, process compliance and team performance.

Candidates with strong experience in Quick Commerce, E-Commerce fulfilment, high-volume warehouses, WMS operations and manpower management will be preferred. Experience with Flipkart / Flipkart Minutes will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations across Inbound, Putaway, Inventory, Picking and Dispatch.
• Plan and manage manpower, shifts and operational capacity based on daily and peak-volume requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely WMS transactions, inventory movements and system closures.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, operational KPIs, SLAs and turnaround times.
• Manage receiving, GRN processing, dock operations, staging and putaway activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Manage picking operations to achieve order accuracy, productivity and SLA targets.
• Ensure timely order consolidation, staging, dispatch verification, vehicle loading and dispatch closure.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, internal warehouse teams and last-mile operations.
• Identify shortages, excess, damages, wrong-bin inventory, wrong/short picks and dispatch discrepancies.
• Conduct RCA and CAPA for operational issues and recurring deviations.
• Drive productivity improvement, process compliance, 5S, EHS and warehouse safety.
• Monitor peak-volume operations and ensure adequate manpower and operational readiness.
• Prepare and review Excel/MIS reports and provide regular operational updates.
• Lead warehouse teams and supervisors while maintaining discipline, service levels and process standards.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / B.Tech / MBA / PG in Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
• Strong experience in Quick Commerce / E-Commerce fulfilment / high-volume warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and warehouse system transactions.
• Experience managing large blue-collar teams, supervisors and shift operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs, SLAs, productivity and operational controls.
• Good knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Strong RCA, CAPA and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in inventory control, manpower planning, process improvement and safety compliance.
• Ability to independently manage warehouse operations and take ownership from Day 1.
• Experience with Flipkart / Flipkart Minutes will be strongly preferred.
