Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to manage our workshop operations, team, quality and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day workshop operations.
• Allocate jobs to technicians & monitor progress.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Maintain repair quality & reduce rework.
• Handle customer queries & complaints.
• Coordinate estimates, approvals & parts.
• Manage vehicle Pickup & Drop operations across Hyderabad.
• Ensure proper vehicle inspection & handover.
• Manage technicians, drivers & workshop staff.
• Track pending vehicles and daily workshop performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of automotive workshop experience.
• Strong knowledge of 4-wheeler servicing & repairs.
• Good 4-wheeler driving knowledge – Mandatory.
• Valid Driving Licence.
• Good team management & customer handling skills.
• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Multi-brand workshop experience preferred.
• Responsible, disciplined & proactive.
