Job title: BIM Modeller – Architectural / Structural

Role Overview

Kshitij3 is looking for a BIM Modeller – Architectural / Structural to execute BIM modelling and drawing-sheet preparation tasks accurately and within project timelines.

The role is focused on production and execution, enabling the Discipline Lead to focus on review, coordination, and overall discipline delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build architectural or structural model elements according to the LOD and scope briefed by the Discipline Lead.
• Prepare drawing sheets and project documentation as per established project standards.
• Maintain proper BIM 360/ACC file discipline, including naming conventions, folder structure, versioning, and file management.
• Flag blockers, missing information, or scope-related issues to the Discipline Lead on the same day.
• Fix issues identified through clash reports, quality reviews, and review comments as assigned.
• Follow project-specific modelling and documentation standards consistently.
• Complete assigned modelling and documentation tasks within agreed timelines.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Strong working knowledge of Revit – Architecture or Structure.
• Basic knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection.
• Working knowledge of BIM 360/ACC for file management and issue tracking.
• 0–3 years of experience in BIM/AEC modelling.
• Internship or formal BIM training experience may be considered.
