Job Title: Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive – Holiday Packages

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 6 Months+ in Holiday Package Sales – Long Haul

Salary: ₹30K–₹50K CTC/month (based on experience & skills)

Joining: Within 7 Days Preferred

Work: Day Shift | 6 Days Working

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Long-Haul Holiday Package Sales.
• Strong destination knowledge across Europe and other long-haul destinations such as USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Mauritius, Seychelles, Africa, etc.
• Excellent communication, sales, negotiation & closing skills.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
• Target-driven, proactive and go-getter personality.
• Ability to manage customers end-to-end from enquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on assigned leads and understand customer requirements.
• Create/recommend suitable holiday packages and itineraries.
• Negotiate prices, handle objections and close sales.
• Follow up consistently and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with clients throughout the booking journey.

Important Note

We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Holiday Package Sales for Long-Haul destinations.

• Candidates with experience only in Flight Sales, Hotel Sales, or standalone flight/hotel bookings will not be considered.
• We need professionals who have experience in selling complete holiday packages, handling itineraries, negotiating with customers, and converting leads into confirmed holiday bookings.
