Job Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Video Editor who can create and edit engaging video content for marketing and social media campaigns.

You’ll work on teaser videos, reels, brand content, and repurposed snippets from webinars and long-form assets, helping us turn raw footage into compelling content for digital platforms.

If you’re comfortable with Adobe Premiere Pro, enjoy fast-paced editing, and know how to move quickly using modern tools, including AI, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form videos and convert them into short-form, engaging content for social platforms.
• Create reels, teaser trailers, and social videos optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Repurpose webinar recordings into multiple content formats.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and brand elements.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align videos with campaign goals.
• Optimize video formats and aspect ratios for different platforms.
• Stay updated with video trends, editing styles, and social media formats.

Requirements / Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in video editing or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understanding of short-form social media editing styles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a clean editing workflow.

Good to Have

• Experience using AI tools to speed up video editing workflows.
• Basic motion graphics or animation knowledge.
