Job Title: Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
Location: South Delhi (Kalkaji) / Faridabad
Experience: 0–2 Years Post-Articleship / CS Training Experience
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Semi-Qualified Company Secretary who is keen to build expertise in Company Law, FEMA, regulatory compliance, and advisory assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Company Law & Regulatory Compliance
Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, applicable rules, FEMA, RBI regulations, notifications, circulars, and applicable guidelines relating to foreign and overseas investments.
Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory registers, records, and minutes of Board and General Meetings.
Draft notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions, and other corporate secretarial documents.
Assist in conducting and coordinating Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings.
Prepare and file various MCA/ROC forms and returns, including forms relating to directors, share capital, charges, annual filings, and other statutory matters.
Assist with incorporation of companies and corporate actions such as alteration of objects, change in directors, registered office, share capital, and other related matters.
Coordinate with ROC/MCA, Authorised Dealer (AD) Banks, RBI, auditors, legal advisors, consultants, and other stakeholders for statutory and regulatory matters.
Maintain and update corporate records and compliance trackers to ensure timely completion of statutory requirements.
Assist with share transfer/transmission, allotment of shares, issue of securities, and related documentation.
Support due diligence, compliance reviews, and preparation of corporate compliance reports.
Monitor changes in applicable laws, rules, notifications, and circulars and assist in implementing the same.
Assist in monitoring FEMA reporting timelines and ensuring timely submission of FC-GPR, FC-TRS, FLA, ODI, and other applicable returns/forms.
Assist in reviewing foreign investment transactions for compliance with applicable sectoral caps, entry routes, pricing guidelines, and other FEMA requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and management to collect information and documents required for statutory compliances.
Client & Documentation Management
Draft professional emails and client communications.
Coordinate with clients for data collection, documentation, and clarifications.
Maintain assignment documentation, working papers, and compliance records.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation for client assignments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements
Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 0–2 years of post-articleship / CS training experience.
Strong understanding of Company Law concepts and practical compliance.
Good drafting, writing, and communication skills.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet compliance timelines.
