Job Title: Healthcare Interior Designer / Architect

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Interior Designer / Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities, with the ability to develop functional, aesthetic, and execution-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and design clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
• Develop detailed 2D layouts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetically appealing designs.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and colour schemes based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients regarding design requirements, approvals, and revisions.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and execution team to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Conduct site visits and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that designs are accurately executed on-site.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
• Manage design revisions while maintaining quality, budget, and project timelines.
• Ensure design deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed project schedules.
