Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets.
Initiate leads through B2B and B2C channels and leverage existing networks.
Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements.
Possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate effectively with prospects.
Sell insurance products.
Appoint POSPs/Agents.
Maintain appropriate relationships with Agents/POSPs.

Qualifications / Requirements

1–6 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in insurance sales.
Ability to generate and qualify leads through B2B and B2C channels.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with Agents/POSPs.
