Job Title: Project Manager – CSP

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager – CSP to manage end-to-end project execution from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, vendor coordination, quality assurance, client communication, logistics management, cross-functional leadership, and continuous process improvement to ensure successful project completion within scope, quality, cost, and timelines.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, suppliers, production, quality, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

• Define and document complete project scope, including deliverables such as lined piping systems, spools, and fittings.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to organize procurement, fabrication, inspection, and dispatch activities.
• Plan and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Allocate and manage manpower, equipment, and material resources across facilities.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination

• Monitor vendor performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and components while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Quality Assurance & Control

• Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout all production stages.
• Drive initiatives to reduce Over, Shortage, and Defect (OSD) issues.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to improve inspection processes and production reliability.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates and requirements.
• Coordinate client inspections and ensure project quality and delivery schedules meet expectations.
• Maintain post-project communication to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future business opportunities.

Internal Team Leadership & Coordination

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, PPC, Fabrication, Development, and Logistics teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Organize regular project review meetings and track action items.

Logistics & Dispatch Management

• Coordinate with Logistics and Dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper packing standards, shipment documentation, and quality reports before dispatch.
• Manage project handover documentation for smooth client delivery.

Project Completion & Documentation

• Oversee project closure activities, including inspection reports, OSD resolutions, and cost analysis.
• Coordinate client-facing project handover activities.
• Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned for future improvements.

Process & System Improvement

• Lead implementation of digital tracking systems and workflow improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize production workflows.
