Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead business development activities, acquire new clients, and build long-term relationships for Insurance, Investment, and Loan products.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire new customers.
Generate leads and recruit new agents.
Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Meet monthly sales targets.
Conduct customer meetings and presentations.
Build and manage referral networks.
Maintain strong after-sales service and customer relationships.

Qualifications / Requirements

Graduate; MBA preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Financial Services, Insurance, or BFSI.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on candidate profile and experience.
