Job Title: Data Analyst Trainer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst Trainer with 3–4 years of relevant experience and strong expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, programming, machine learning, and Generative AI.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of conducting training sessions and the ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented learning using real-world examples, projects, and datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on Data Analytics and related technologies.
• Deliver practical, hands-on training covering Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Python, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
• Explain technical concepts in a simple, structured, and easy-to-understand manner.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, exercises, and practical projects.
• Use real-world business scenarios and datasets to provide industry-relevant learning.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Resolve learner queries and provide guidance throughout the training program.
• Keep training content updated with the latest industry trends and developments in Data Analytics and AI.
• Ensure an effective and engaging learning experience for all participants.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Technical Training.
• Prior experience conducting training sessions on the required tools and technologies.
• Advanced-level expertise with strong hands-on and practical knowledge of:
  • Advanced Excel
  • Power BI
  • SQL
  • Tableau
  • Python
  • Machine Learning
  • Generative AI
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to learners with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing job-ready professionals.
• Experience with real-world projects and practical industry use cases will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule

• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Tuesday
