Job Title: Business Development Executive

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Sunday Off

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (Sales & Marketing) to generate new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and promote the company's financial products and services.

About the Company

IBWC ONE Pvt. Ltd. is a financial services company providing investment solutions across Mutual Funds, Demat Accounts, Stock Market Investments, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and other financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits, direct sales, referrals, networking, and local market activities.
• Acquire new clients and assist them in opening Demat & Trading Accounts.
• Promote and generate business through Mutual Fund investments, SIPs, Lump Sum investments, and other investment products.
• Identify customer needs and promote suitable Life & General Insurance products to generate new policies.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and local events to generate new leads.
• Maintain accurate and updated CRM records, including leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and conversion status.
• Submit daily/weekly sales and activity reports to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with the internal team for account opening, investment processing, documentation, and client servicing.
• Ensure all sales and client onboarding activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience; freshers may apply.
• Experience in Banking/Finance/Insurance/Stock Market is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of finance & investment market.
• Quick learner.
• Candidates must be from Jaipur.
