OTOO Learning Pvt. Ltd. is a premier education platform that provides home and online tuition services by connecting qualified teachers with students and academic institutions across multiple cities. The platform offers personalized one-to-one academic solutions for students from Pre-Primary to Class 12 across CBSE, ICSE, IB, and IGCSE boards.

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Process Associate (BDE) to support parents seeking home tuition services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their learning requirements, recommending suitable tutoring solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to successful tutor placement.

Qualifications / Requirements

Any Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent interpersonal and fluent English communication skills.
Positive attitude with confidence and a determined approach.
Strong convincing and persuasion skills.
Customer-focused mindset with good relationship management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective parents through provided leads via phone calls.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home tutoring solutions.
Convert leads into customers through effective communication and relationship building.
Assist parents throughout the tutor selection process.
Coordinate demo classes and ensure smooth communication between parents and tutors.
Provide continuous support to customers during the onboarding process.
Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Follow up with parents after tutor placement to collect feedback on tutor performance and overall service experience.
Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
