Job Title: Data Entry Executive (Production & Stores)
Location: Harayana- Bahadurgarh
Department: Production / Stores
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary (CTC): ₹25,000 per month
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive – Production & Stores to manage daily production data, purchase entries, stock transfers, and inventory transactions using Busy Accounting Software. The ideal candidate should ensure timely and accurate data entry while coordinating with the Production, Purchase, Stores, and Accounts departments. This role requires strong attention to detail, inventory knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate records in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications / Requirements
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in data entry within a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of Busy Accounting Software.
Good understanding of inventory, production, and purchase processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
Good typing speed with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Male candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Enter daily production reports into Busy Accounting Software.
Record purchase invoices and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entries accurately.
Process stock transfer entries between internal plants and warehouses.
Maintain inventory movement records and stock adjustment entries.
Verify production, purchase, and stock data before posting into the system.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production and inventory reports.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Accounts teams to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of production and purchase records.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Support inventory audits and stock verification activities.
Preferred Experience
Experience working in an automotive or manufacturing company.
Familiarity with production planning and stores operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
100% accurate data entry.
Timely posting of daily production and purchase transactions.
Zero backlog in stock transfer entries.
Timely submission of production and inventory reports.
