Job Title: AI cum Project Manager

Salary (CTC): ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented AI Trainer cum Project Manager to lead and manage multiple AI training and implementation projects from planning through successful execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent leadership capabilities, and extensive experience in project planning, stakeholder management, client communication, and team coordination. This role also requires delivering AI-focused training programs and willingness to travel based on business requirements.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology (Preferred).
• MBA or Project Management qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of Project Management experience.
• Technical/Engineering background preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
• Preferred age: 40–50 years.

Key Responsibilities

AI Training & Curriculum Development

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, Python, Data Science, Prompt Engineering, and emerging technologies.
• Design, develop, and continuously update training curriculum, lesson plans, presentations, practical assignments, and assessment materials.
• Conduct workshops, bootcamps, seminars, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and corporate training programs in online, offline, and hybrid modes.
• Mentor students and participants in developing real-world AI projects, capstone projects, and innovation-based solutions.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer (ToT) sessions to support trainer development.

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver AI training projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage multiple AI training batches and projects simultaneously while ensuring effective resource utilization.
• Track project KPIs and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
• Develop technical documentation, project reports, training reports, utilization reports, and client deliverables.
• Maintain participant attendance, assessments, certifications, feedback records, and project documentation.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Coordinate with schools, colleges, universities, corporate clients, government departments, and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise and guide trainers, interns, technical associates, and project team members.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Marketing, and Technical teams for successful project implementation.
• Provide technical support during client meetings, demonstrations, proposal preparation, and pre-sales discussions.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through timely communication and quality project delivery.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor project progress, training quality, participant performance, and overall deliverables.
• Identify emerging AI technologies and integrate relevant tools into training programs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, client requirements, government guidelines, and project SOPs.
• Resolve technical, operational, and project-related issues in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote innovation, research, and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
