Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Hisar, Haryana (Work from Office Only)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Role Overview

FabCouture is looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, a good understanding of basic accounting principles, and the willingness to learn and efficiently work on the company's in-house ERP software, ZOrder.

Key Responsibilities

• Record purchase and sales invoices in Tally and ZOrder.
• Prepare and maintain Job Cards.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, cash book, and bank entries.
• Perform GST-related accounting entries.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
• Generate invoices and maintain accounting records.
• Assist in stock and inventory record management.
• Prepare daily accounting reports and MIS.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
• Learn and efficiently operate the company's in-house ERP software (ZOrder).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with inventory or ERP software will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate

• B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Honest, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English reading and writing preferred.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
