About the Role

ACAD Studio is looking for a talented and motivated Architect to manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong design, project management, and team leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality architectural projects

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Lead and mentor a team of architects, designers, draftsmen, and 3D visualizers.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including presentations, requirement gathering, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Develop and review design concepts while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
Conduct site visits, resolve on-site issues, and ensure execution aligns with the approved design intent.
Maintain quality control and proper documentation for all project deliverables.
Support business development initiatives and mentor junior team members.
