Job Title:  Travel Executive- Ticketing Executive

About the Role

N N Tours – Ahmedabad is looking for an experienced Flight Ticket Booking Executive to manage domestic and international flight reservations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GDS systems, strong knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing processes, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while handling end-to-end flight bookings.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Domestic & International Flight Ticket Booking.
• Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Galileo GDS systems.
• Expertise in Ticket Issuance, Reissue, Refund, Cancellation, Void, and Fare Rules.
• Good knowledge of airline policies and routing.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Book domestic and international flight tickets.
• Process ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, cancellations, voids, and schedule changes.
• Provide the best airfare options to customers.
• Coordinate with airlines and clients for smooth travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure excellent customer service.
