Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Bharatpur, Rajasthan (On-site)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented HR Team Leader to manage day-to-day People Operations at our Bharatpur office. In this role, you will lead core HR functions, ensuring smooth Payroll Management, executing Employee Retention strategies, conducting HR Data Analysis, and driving talent growth through structured Training and Development programs.

If you have 2–3 years of core HR Generalist experience, possess strong leadership qualities, and want to own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, daily attendance tracking, conflict resolution, performance tracking, and offboarding.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance reconciliation, leave management, and ensure statutory compliance (PF & ESIC).

Employee Retention & Engagement

  • Analyze attrition trends and design high-impact engagement strategies to maintain a positive, high-retention workplace culture.

HR Data Analysis

  • Evaluate workforce metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable, data-driven insights to management.

Training & Development

  • Identify organizational skill gaps, create training frameworks, and independently conduct development programs to upskill teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Senior Executive, or HR Operations Specialist.

Education

  • MBA in Human Resources, PGDM, or a related field.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Experience working with HRIS or Payroll Management Software.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct impactful training sessions.

Location

  • Must be based in or willing to work full-time from the Bharatpur, Rajasthan office.
